We loved the unit but there were maintenance issues, broken bathroom door handle, broken sink drain, both tubs drain plugs did not work, master toilet flush mechanism needed repair to work. We loved the unit, the view, the property, the beach, the Oasis! The unit was very well appointed with lots of everything needed!

We loved staying here. Great place to stay, beautiful views. The stovetop didn’t stay on, the clothes dryer didn’t dry clothing very well, the jets didn’t work on the tub, and the lock code was changed without warning an hour before checkout.

The view and location was phenomenal. The unit was quite comfortable. However the kitchen lacked bowls and spices and aluminum foil/ plastic wrap would have been nice. Also to make this condo even better puzzles and board games, pool noodles and sand toys would have made it awesome! The check in and out process was simple. Thank you!

The management team and our personal concierge that came with the reservation were phenomenal. Everything was wonderful about the space except one thing. The second bedroom bath was difficult to use because of the pedestal sink. One of the most important things if you’re staying longer than two or three days is the ability to have a place to put your things. In that bathroom in unit G401, there was nowhere to really even store your toothbrush and toothpaste. I loved the third bathroom, but it would’ve been really nice to have the en suite bathroom be more usable. I love the furnishings, the kitchen was sufficient with everything we needed, the master bath and bedroom were wonderful. And the views and balconies were spectacular.

Everything was excellent the only issue we had was a smoker in the unit beneath us after a few calls and security talking to them it continued their whole stay - which was very disappointing for us because we love spending hours on the lanai and cigarette smoke is sooooo disgusting. Lucky for us it was only one week of our 5 week stay

Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. The unit was very clean and very well supplied and the bed awesome. The staff we have dealt with especially Patrick has been wonderful. It would be nice to have a few more cleaning supplies because of the length of our stays. Also, we have been coming to Waipouli for 15 years and this year the pool was very cold - I went in 4 times then to condo for a hot bath to warm up - the condo fees we pay it would be very nice to be able to use the pool more without having to thaw out after. This is one of the most luxurious rental properties that we have stayed in. The property is absolutely gorgeous with great views and high-end amenities. We did not want to leave the room. Duing our stay, there were some manianence issues with the jacuzzie tub, but the management company addressed them quickly. We would love to stay here again.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa has been beautifully furnished and has some of the most comfortable beds we have slept on. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked for making our meals. The best feature of the villa is the location and view. Being at the top floor gives amazing views of the ocean from the living areas, as well as views of the sunsets over the mountains from the lanai and bedrooms. Also, Kauai Exclusive Management, especially Joshua, was excellent in responding to any inquiries and exceptionally helpful during our stay. The villa was spotless on check-in, even in areas that most hotels miss. If you are considering a condo in Kapaa, this is easily one of best ones you could hope for. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
