The unit we stayed in was beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were impressed with all the high end appliances, and it was nice to have laundry in our unit. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and they were quick to respond and resolve our issue. We loved this vacation rental - you couldn't ask for a better view you are as close to the ocean as you can get but the balcony was very private. Bring your binoculars as you can see the whales from your balcony - we did a lot of whale watching during our stay but it was right from our balcony here that I saw my only full breach. The pool was great and they have several hot tubs. The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked - plenty of pots and pans and the beds were comfy and good instructions were provided in advance on how to get there and work the appliances (they even provided laundry soap and dish soap). We would love to come back again for a longer stay!

Waipouli Beach Resort is perfectly located between the north and south sides of the island and except during high traffic times on the main highway, it’s a quick drive to anywhere on the island. A306 had an amazing view of the beach and ocean from all three balconies. It was so clean, and being able to cook (or grill at the pool), make your own coffee to enjoy as the sun rises, and do laundry when we needed was great. There’s a Safeway and a Starbucks across the street, which was also perfect. Two things to note: A306 only has a king bed and queen bed, and then a fold-out couch in the living room. The living room does not have window coverings, so whoever has to sleep on the fold-out will have full sun as soon as it starts to rise. Not a bad thing if you’re an early riser! The pool is always a plus, but so is being right on the beach. And the resort places long lounge chairs along the beach in front of the resort for all to enjoy. Be sure to grab fresh, delicious food at the Oasis bar and restaurant. The service there is also outstanding. Can’t wait to go back for visit number three. Mahalo, WBR ohana, and ahui hou!

We have stayed at the Waiapouli Beach Resort condos four times now. Building A is the best! Great oceanfront views from every room. The pools are beautiful and the property is well maintained. This is the best condo in Kapaa! Kapaa is also very centrally located between Poipu and Princeville so it's easy to get anywhere you want to go. This is home away from home!

This condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. Other than the fact that one bedroom had a king size bed and the other a queen, the were both worthy of being master suites. Wow! Where to start. This property is awesome. Only 5 minutes north of airport. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Many within walking distance if you chose to walk. Short walk to a bike/walking path that goes northward a few miles or so. Oasis the on site restaurant has good food and the best mai tai's on the island in my opinion. Safeway and Longs drugs and ABC store very close. Costco 10min or so drive. The grounds and pool area of the resort were maintained impeccably. As was the grill area. The resort has very tropical plantings and very lg pool area with many waterfalls, lounge chairs, tables, towels, and noodles available. Pretty koi pond. Nice lobby. Staff helpful.The condo itself very well appointed with comfortable beds and huge bathrooms.Was able to cook easily. We were low on silverware but called kauai exclusive and extra was bought over right away. The sane w toiletries or paper products. Appreciated the folding chairs and cooler in the closet! Would have appreciated written info on how to work tv with the mutiple clockers. But figured it out.Loved sitting on lanai watching surise with cup of coffee....heaven��☕Beach sandy but farther in rocky hard to get into water if wavy. A monk seal lives on the beach most days.Our traveling companions got married on the resorts beach in the morning it was very beautiful. Very tranquil just sitting on the beach listening to the wRestaurants in Kapaa:Enjoyed Lava Lava club down the road for any meal esp breakfast. Right on the beach. Bar across street Ninth Island had channels to watch college football on Saturdays.Local Kauai in Kapa'aBbq place Paniolo santa maria in Kapa'aSam's ocean view restaurant. Direct, awesome oceanfront location! The sunrise view is spectacular from balconies (3), bedrooms, and main room. Very close, easy beach access with lounge chairs and trees available. Note - beach is not great for swimming (rough surf, heavy coral/rock). Wonderful pool with hot tubs, lazy river, slides, waterfalls. Condo is well equipped and comfortable, with previous guests graciously leaving many essentials (foil, seasonings, spray). Very good location in Kapaa with restaurants, grocery, drugstore nearby (many walkable). Oasis restaurant onsite excellent but pricey. Highly recommend this laidback Kauai gem!

Comfortable oceanfront apartment!

We rented this condo for our family of four, including two kids ages 12 and 9. It was the perfect location for exploring Kauai! Ample space and plenty of amenities made it such a comfortable spot to spend the week. The kitchen is huge and beds are extremely comfortable, including the sofa bed. We really loved having laundry in the apartment. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from the living room and lanai all week. Our kids LOVED the pool! They spent hours on the water slides and exploring the waterfalls, and my husband and I were very happy poolside watching them swim. After spending our days exploring the island, the pool was the perfect thing to come back to. The beach is also gorgeous and we spent a lot of time watching sunrises and beach combing. A Hawaiian monk seal also visited the beach several times to nap and we enjoyed talking to the volunteers who were monitoring the space while the seal was on shore and learning more about them. We also really enjoyed a wonderful meal at Oasis. All in all, this is a great rental and we hope to enjoy it again someday.

The room was perfect, I have nothing negative to say about it...except I wish I could have stayed longer and I can't wait to go back again! The beds and pillows were so comfortable, which I think is hard to find in most places. The location and ocean view was spectacular. The pool was great, love the layout and water slides were a big hit. The management company was so accommodating and responsive, which was great. One of the best places we have ever stayed at!

Wir hatten 5 super schöne Tage auf Kauai. Ich glaube wir hätten kein besseres Apartement finden könne. Sehr ruhig, direkt am Meer, sehr gut ausgestattet, große Zimmer, Bäder und Küche. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Alles was man benötigt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Service war perfekt. Bei Problemen wurde sofort reagiert und wir bekamen tolle Tipps für die Insel. Wir waren danach noch auf Maui und Oahu, aber an Kauai kommt keine der Inseln ran.

I'd highly recommend this place. Very clean and updated unit with comfortable beds. Right on the beach with nice views. The pool area is excellent compared to most resorts. Although the beach isn't great for swimming the resort is located between poipu beach to the south and awesome beaches to the north around princeville. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Great bike path which starts about one block from the resort. We'd definitely come back!

Best View on the Beach!

Our family was celebrating one son's graduation from High School and the other asking his girlfriend to marry him -- which he did on the trip. We picked this room as it had amazing views and plenty of space. The condo has a great kitchen. The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are kept up very nicely. Very close to Kapaa and great restaurants. Must do the Smith Family Luau, Wailua Kayak Adventures to the Sacred Falls, Tunnels Beach on the north side, and Hukalau Lanai for a great meal (great price!). I highly recommend this condo and complex for your stay on this side of the island!!

I rented condo A306. We were pleased to open the door and see 3 rooms of wall to ceiling sliders/windows directly facing the ocean with a strip of beach. There is no obstruction of trees or facing other units or pool. This unit ticked off the boxes for my husband who wanted central A/C and oceanview.; and I needed a kitchen and laundry. It is tastefully decorated Tommy Bahama style. The appliances and fixtures are top notch. The living room furniture is a bit worn but beds were comfortable. I paid a small fee for an airbed for my 3rd son and put in guest room with other 2 teenage boys because pullout in living room exposed bright light in the morning. The 2 1/2 bathrooms are convenient for a family of 5 as are the full size washer and dryer. In the evenings we like to turn off AC and open sliders to hear the ocean. There is outside seating on both bedroom lanais. The beach is not safe for swimming but this location is halfway to south and north shores where there are lots of nice beaches. My teens liked the pool. The on location open-air restaurant Oasis is good whose food is 80% local. Food trucks on beachside in Kapaa offers fun and inexpensive choices. You can grocery shop at Costco near airport or at Safeway across the street from resort. This is a strip mall with ABC store; Panda Express, etc.t. The Starbucks there seems to get texted orders so customers go in and pickup without waiting. We also enjoyed Lappert's dessert shop in Poipu but there are 3 locations on the island.
