Located within walking distance to Poipu Beach, and minutes from two world class golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jr., the location of Regency at Poipu Kai 114 is ideal. Enjoy swimming pools, hot tubs, and community BBQ locations. These spacious and upscale condominiums are part of the Poipu Kai Resort that offers access to additional amenities to all in the Poipu Kai community.

The greenbelt passes through lawns and gardens, past the BBQ pits and picnic tables, while offering magnificent ocean views. After a short walk to the beach, you can play in the waves or watch green sea turtles sunbathe in the sand. From time to time the rare, endangered monk seals will lounge on the beach.

It was an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The pool area had a nice hot tub and grills. Instructions to the condo were clear. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Starting in 2012, my friend & I leave our husbands at home and travel to Kauai for a yearly "girls' trip." Regency #114 is definitely our favorite condo of all our Kauai visits. The check-in, and out, process was super easy, the condo was clean, had everything we needed, location was perfect and having central AC was absolutely wonderful! Being 78 & 76, we, of course, had trouble figuring out the TV. We called the number given for Kauai Exclusive Management, they answered right away contacted the building manager, Darik Eaton, who came over the first night of our stay to help us. Given our ages, we found the TV system challenging. Darik came back the second night, programmed the TV in each room, gave us one control for each room and explained how they worked. Bingo, like magic, we actually managed to turn on, and off, the TVs ourselves! A sincere thanks to Darik for his patience with us and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Kauai.

This is the best place to stay when visiting Kauai. The owners and property manager are extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions. The property manager Trevor even called us directly to make sure we had what we needed. The condo has everything you need to make you feel right at home and you are just a short walk to one of the most incredible beaches in Poipu. There is also a swimming pool and bbq grill which we used daily just steps from your front door. You are also close to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee places. I would highly recommend staying here!
