Was super nice unit . Only problem was the unit above you can hear them walking around during the night and early morning. I think the staff in the office Janell did a fabulous job helping me out. Some one took my parking. And the garage didn’t open up properly. Someone came to fix next day. Thanks this is the second time to stay at Pilimai

The reason I gave a thumb's down for "unit as advertised", is that in the photo online it shows a table outdoors on the patio. Also, the seat cushions on the patio chairs are very dirty and stained.
There needs to be more dishes in the kitchen, ie. small plates, small bowls etc.
The flat sheets and pillowcases on the bed are king size and the beds are queen size.
Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and would stay again, hopefully those minor issues would be resolved.
I can't say enough good things about Kauai Exclusive Management. They were so pleasant, especially Patrick and Melissa. Each time I contacted them about more supplies, (we stayed for 2 months, so needed supplies refreshed from time to time) it was taken care of promptly and pleasantly. I will use the management company for next year!

Unit was great! Only 2 downsides - one washroom was full of hair on the floor when we arrived but we appreciate it was quickly addressed, and people walking upstairs can be heard quite loud which is outside your control but had we known we may have rented an upstairs unit as we had young kids upstairs walking loudly late and early so hard to sleep.

Getting settled required several phone calls to you. Everyone was very gracious and courteous each and every time I called. The condo worked out beautifully. However, a few things were missing. There wasn't a can opener or wine opener which would have been nice. Other than than, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful experience at this newly built Pili Mai home. Very clean, almost hotel like experience. They provided basic amenities and extra's like beach towels, beach chairs, inner tubes for kids. Due to COVID, you will have to buy your own cooking spices/oils, aluminum foil etc. Host is quite responsive but it would also be nice to include an in-home welcome manual letting us know things like how to access pool etc.

We were supposed to be in condo 2A but, there was a mix up with the reservation. When we arrived and realized someone else was in that condo I called and we were immediately taken care of and directed to 5M. It was a beautifully furnished condo and very clean. Beds are very comfortable! Nice size TV’s in each bedroom and great room so we could catch some of the Olympics. My only recommendation would be to have more dishes (plates, bowls and small saucers are needed too). We never ran the dishwasher as there weren’t enough dishes to fill it up. So, I just washed everything by hand so we would have enough dishes for the next meal. The pool is perfect for small children aa there is a kiddie pool and then a large pool for everyone. Nice lounge chairs and umbrellas available to use as well. The grounds are very well maintained with gorgeous tropical plants throughout. Pictures don’t do Pili Mai justice. Parking is a little tight as the garage is small and you are allotted one reserved space. It was tricky when relatives who live a few blocks away came to visit. Or my granddaughter who was renting a home on Baby Beach came to it is a very quiet complex. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Mahalo!
