Just a few suggestions: Need bottom sheets that a tuallyfit the 2 beds downstairs, the microwave door is missing a screw in hinge, the left front stove burner does not work and needs more than 2 kitchen towels. These are small fixes, however, if one is staying for an extended period of time, they are a nuisance. Otherwise, everything was great. We appreciated the quick response to a couple of requests. Your cleaning person did an excellent mid-stay cleaning and was very pleasant as was the maintenance person who helped with a couple of fixes. Mahalo

Thanks for the great stay! Some feedback- we had a horrid nights sleep due to a beeping that sounded like a fire alarm low battery alert, and when the repair came they simply could not find where it was coming from, we had to crawl around the unit and finally found it- a low battery in a moisture detector by the dishwasher, the repair person was not aware that device was in unit so that was frustrating. Also- the baby gate was broken/missing parts when we arrived, my toddler and infant spent the whole week trying to climb the stairs. And lastly- since the door was the flat lever type of handle, both my infant and my toddler could open it since there was no deadbolt or safety latch, a small improvement that would greatly improve safety. Thanks again for a great stay!

The communication from the team was great, and team also helped us book some fun activities in the area. The pictures provided gave us a clear idea of the layout and features of the unit.
