We loved staying here! The view and location were perfect. We appreciated how appointed the place was- using the beach equipment made our beach day so much more comfortable. We used the coffee provided which was great for our mornings. The only thing I felt I needed was a different cooking oil and some soy sauce but that’s nothing that can’t be picked up nearby! We can’t wait to stay here again, thanks for everything.

Loved the views from the lanai! Met several of the geckos accused of dropping mouse poop in Airbnb reviews. They love hanging out on the window sills. Sink faucets need tightening and patio screens need some lube. Also, sliding bedroom window is really difficult to move.

Well to start it was a pleasant 2 mile walk approximately from the airport. I had arrived a little before check in. Was hot and sweaty but the staff allowed me to leave my baggage at the condo. Then I walked down to the beach and checked out my surroundings. Let me say WOW!!! The whole trip if I needed anything or the management company needed anything they where very thorough with their communications. The condo was built in 1963 but had a very comfortable atmosphere to it. The rooms balcony’s kitchen bathroom all laid out in a roomy fashion. Even had two bathrooms for the single bedroom unit. Making it so no one needed to wait for a restroom break. I must also include that this trip would have never been possible for me without the management. Or my great friends Ron and Suzy. So in closing from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank the whole management staff the island of Kauai plus Ron and Suzy. You are all the top of notch in my novel of dreams. May your stay if you stay here in the Pala Nui be as grand as mine.

What a wonderful trip! The accommodations were far superior to staying in a hotel. Everything was clean and water pressure great for showers. Kitchen had a new coffee pot that we used everyday and our friends were only 10 or 12 doors down. View beautiful! Nice bed! 2 showers so we could get ready at the same time. We hope to make this trip a regular event!

We didn’t have forks, but a phone call made and there were forks within 15 minutes. The microwave was broken but management knew and a new one had been ordered. Sitting on the beach, with provided chairs, was very enjoyable. Walking up to the golf course provided my birder husband ample opportunity to take pictures. Unit is dated as other reviews state, but location can’t be beat. Loved that Netflix and Prime Video were. Available as well as the air conditioning and overhead fans. Very enjoyable stay!
