We stayed in Unit 1A at the Nihilani Resort. We loved it. However, we are a bit concerned about an issue that we experienced. The guests in 1B left the garage door open when they checked out. The garage was open with the light on for over a week and a half. We reported it to your office and the agent taking the call didn't seemed to concerned, replying they would notify the areas security. The door was still open when we checked out on Wednesday. In our unit, the man door into the garage would not lock - if it is the same in all units the entire content of 1B was accessible to anyone for an extended period of time. As it was, the entire contents of the garage was on display night and day for a two week period of time. I hope nothing was taken or damaged.

We loved the unit at Nihilani. The couple additions that would be nice are: TV in the guest room. A larger one in the master. One can buy a 55” for like $200 at Walmart. Most have a Netflix account or Hulu so, probably not necessary to pay for cable TV and instead have larger TV options. Otherwise it was great.

Great experience. Couple of notes: please look at the master closet- think there is mold/mildew in there based on the smell, need a spatula for the kitchen and finally one of the bikes is broken- we couldn’t get the chain on it. Other than that it was great!!!!
