This was our first time using your services. Frank & Nina Ponterio recommended you to us. We absolutely loved unit #601 at Nihi Kai Villas. It far exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, decor, furnishings provided for our use including beach chairs and umbrellas, the comfortable beds, the quiet surroundings and most of all the powerful shower head! The surroundings of the property were in prime condition, and though we wanted to use the inviting pool, the ocean was calling instead. We will absolutely return to this unit when the opportunity arises, but if not we trust another unit will be just as enjoyable. Lastly, a huge shout out to Darshan Wright who was very accommodating setting up the airport lei greeting as well as a catamaran sunset cruise on our behalf. She was always professional and available, and made your organization shine even brighter. Like the Ponterios before us, we will gladly recommend Kauai Exclusive Management to our other friends headed your way. Thanks again!

Paradise

It was relaxing and a slice of paradise, a welcome relief to the cool, winter weather. Loved the proximity to the pool and beach. Enjoyed the Shearton Luau, ATV excursion at Kipur Ranch, and tubing in the irrigation ditches with 5 caves. The trip to Waimea Canyon was beautiful, as well as, Hanalea Bay and all the little towns we visited. A wonderful place to "chill". Kauai Coffee Plantation was great and their ice cream was delicious. Will definitely go again and stay in the same unit!

Escape to Paradise

Breathtaking sunsets just down the path

The best equipped kitchen and pantry in my travel experience. Also, a great selection of beach gear! Very spacious and comfortable. Just be prepared for no AC, but the fans are plentiful and do cool the space sufficiently. Also, the mattresses are quite soft (memory foam topper) but comfortable. As others mentioned, it is a short walk up the hill from the parking lot and a staircase to the front door. The same path all the way down through the property leads to the 2 beautiful beaches and unforgettable sunsets. We had a great time!

The property was absolutely lovely but unfortunately we caught a rare, very cold storm in Kauai! There was no bathtub in the unit and the “hot tub” by the pool is actually not heated and considered a kid pool. It unfortunately rained the 3 days we spent in Poipu but the condo was so nice, we didn’t mind staying inside. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with 2 pack-n-plays that could accommodate a much larger group! There were great restaurants a short drive away. We had a blast despite the weather!

This condo is located in the best location in Poipu! Just a short jaunt to the state park where you can lay out, play in the water and view the sea turtles basking on the beach! And if you don't feel like walking, you can lay by the pool which has a wonderful ocean view to admire during your leisure.Please keep in mind that this condo is a slight uphill walk to the condo, and the condo has steps to get up to the front door, so it probably not feasible for the disabled. However, we were able to borrow a collapsible wagon which made it easy to transfer items from the car/parking lot to the condo.Minutes to local shopping centers, Spouting Horn, botanical gardens, and old Koloa.I would HIGHLY recommend this condo!
