Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully redesigned space with brand-new furnishings, stylish coastal décor, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The open-concept layout features a king bed in the primary suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and a brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the living area—comfortably sleeping up to six guests. Enjoy sea breezes and garden views from the private front and rear lanais, or cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
This two-level villa offers a residential feel with access to resort-style amenities including a large oceanview pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts, and lush tropical grounds. Please note there is a flight of stairs to reach the unit.
Nihi Kai’s location is one of the best on the island—just a short stroll to Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s Beach, and local dining favorites like Brennecke’s Restaurant. You’re also a quick drive from The Shops at Kukui?ula, where you’ll find island boutiques, fine dining, and weekly farmer’s markets.
