Everything was fantastic and the in home massages were top notch! We are EXTREMELY pleased with our stay. My only complaint is that the only room in the unit that seemed to stay cool was the bedroom. We kept the sliding doors in the living room closed the majority of the time to help it cool down.

Rental was great. Check in/check out was as easy as it could possibly be. Management was responsive - We had a small plumbing issue that was resolved immediately. This is our 2nd time staying at this unit and we'll definitely be back for a 3rd.

We love everything about the condo. Second time staying in it and it was just as great. There were some minor issues with AC and the bathtub drain but building management was speedy with their responses. - our only very minor request would be to add a full length mirror in the bedroom. It would make a big difference! We hope to stay again next year. Mahalo!

This unit was perfect! It had everything we could ask for and the view was gorgeous! The pool was nice and we enjoyed walking next door to the Coconut Marketplace for food and shopping. Everything was so pleasant and convenient. We were even allowed a later checkout which we greatly appreciated. This was probably the best place we have ever stayed at while traveling. Mahalo!

Enjoyed the condo, location, and the view from Lae Nani 121. The condo was very clean and furnished with all our needs including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Enjoyed the beach and swimming pool daily, as well as only being steps away from the Lava Lava Beach Club for live music and tropical concoctions. Can’t wait to return !

Lai Nani 121 was a great location for the celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary. The unit was very clean, very well equipped for meal making, washer and dryer were helpful for the rainy days and the evening sunsets were beautiful from the deck. We will book again next time we go to the island.
Two suggestions…. Silicone caulking at the openings along the shower stall bases to keep water from flowing onto the floor.(not that big of a deal but would save having to wipe up the floor after every shower). Clean dryer vent to get the optimal use of it while in use. Took the broom to clean the grill above the entry door and it helped. Would hate to see a fire start from lint build up.
This place is a joy to stay at! Mahalo!

Beautiful condo with all we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect and made for an ideal home base from which to explore the island. We swam and surfed right off the beach in front of the property nearly daily and the warm swimming pool was an unexpected bonus. The condo and grounds were clean and beautifully maintained. It really was a wonderful stay!

Lae Nani 121 was an amazing condo that was beautifully remodeled and well equipped. It had a perfect (perhaps the best) location in the complex - close to the pool and grills, private and quiet end unit and panoramic ocean views. Kauai Exclusive Management was easy to work with and provided excellent service and communication during, prior and after our stay.

Pretty sure this is the nicest rental we have had yet in the islands, and look forward to staying here again!
Only thing I would remark is the need to provide detailed location map of unit within the Lae Nani complex. The unit is in building not visible from the parking lot (i.e. two story building #1 hidden by 3-story building #2. There was no building map that I saw, and building unit numbers are hard to find when sun goes down.

Lae Nani Condo was everything we had hoped for!

My husband and I stayed for a week in October 2021. The location of this condo is perfect, offering view of the pool and the grounds and the ocean, and in a location on the island making a trip to Poipu or Hanalei a breeze. Amazing sunrises and moonrises are just around the bend on the beach, and the beach is terrific for lounging and swimming. We enjoyed the Lava Lava Beach Club next door with live music each night The grounds here are immaculate. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Darshan was amazing at helping us plan excursions. Our vacation was everything we hoped for and more, and a large part of that was this condo.

The location was perfect, not far from the airport and close to various restaurants and stores. The proximity to the beach is unparalleled for the cost and having access to a pool was such a great perk. It was quiet and relaxing and you can go right on the balcony for a beautiful view. When I go back to Kauia, I fully intend to stay here again. 100% recommend!!
