Everything was great except your loose bedroom door lock which locked us out on the lanai for some time. Luckily i had my cell phone and called management the manager came out in 25 minutes but hard when you have to go to the bathroom. Oh and when we first came in the bathrooms reeked of ammonia and chemicals. I have a huge chemical allergy so had to leave for some time. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. And liked the decor

This unit was in a great location, clean, quiet and with a nice pool. We were thankful for the bedroom split air conditioner but wished the whole apt. was air-conditioned. The frying pans need to be replaced--teflon in shreds. Beach umbrellas and chairs for our use were great. Missed having a dishwasher, but the in-unit washer-dryer tucked in a second half-bath was also a big plus.

This was a beautiful, spacious well thought out apartment. High quality furnishings and window treatments. Fully outfitted kitchen with sharp knives, beautiful crockery and glassware, ample quality linens and towels. Great umbrellas, beach chairs, No D/W, but ok for us. Curiously, no dishrack? Also, needed oven mitts which we bought and left. NP! The place was a pleasure to vacation in with 2 lanais. The property is also tremendous: pool, vegetation, pathways, grills, shaded parking in garage, views. We want to note that the bar stool seating has rusted out and broke on our first day, but KEx responded immediately and replaced the entire set of furniture the next day. We grilled most nights and ate on the labai, so appreciated their prompt, courteous response. Everyone we talked to at KEx was wonderful.

It was: very spacious, furniture was nice and comfortable to include the bed, kitchen was a nice size with nice dishes, flatware and pans, the hooks thru out the unit were very nice keeping us organized, a huge plus was the washer, dryer in the unit. We loved the placement of the large mirrors and a huge thank you for the cookies and coffee! We appreciated the 3 plastic containers for food storage, as we made several meals . I would've liked some hot pads or pot holders. 2 things we will mention: we did not like the 2 lights and the fan on in the master bath at the same time, noisy and was very bright at night. The other, we noticed the floors could use a good cleaning, our feet were black and definitely needed to be washed before getting into bed ( did not want to get the white bedding dirty). The location was wonderful and we would stay there again and will recommend to family and friends.

Our experience with Kauai Exclusive Management was fantastic. The check-in process was simple and seamless. This updated unit was wonderful and cozyājust perfect for us and had everything we needed and more. There was extra parking behind the complex in a private garage, which was nice. The grounds of the complex were immaculate; the pool was never overly busy and was a very relaxing area. We hope to use Kauai Exclusive in the future or rent this unit again. Mahalo!

The unit was roomy and very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed making meals in the room and eating overlooking the park and the bay. It was nice that the room came with towels and beach chairs, but I wish that would have been clearer because my husband got impatient and rented all the beach equipment. Anyway, the unit and the building and grounds were just lovely and it was very easy to get around to the things we wanted to do and see. Walk across the street and go snorkling, have dinner, or just sit and watch the surfers. Heaven.
Note on booking: I will say that the reservation/booking process was clumsy. It was confusing to someone who has become used to doing things online to be bounced between different platforms to make the reservation, ask questions about check in, etc. It worked in the end but was awkward. Even today I got a review request from VRBO. Totally confusing what their role was in this whole thing. I thought the company handling the booking was Kauai Exclusive. ??

I love the prince kuhio and I especially love the keypad entry on this unit. I can go snorkeling without bringing any keys to the beach which is fantastic. The shower is leaking so might want to fix that.

Some furnishings are beginning to appear somewhat āwornā. Cane chair broken in back. Lamps(table) either didnāt work or have loose connections. Only one kitchen hand towel provided. White towels show Kauai red clay stains. A few more plastic storage containers in kitchen (Tupperware) would be appreciated. Overall kitchen outfitted with just what we needed but we live simply. If electricity rates are highest in nation in Hawaii, why was TV on when we arrived?

Everything we needed and more!

This place was amazing! We had initially looked into hotels, but ultimately decided to get this VRBO because it was less than half the cost. But we never regretted our decision once! This place is in the perfect location, overlooks the water on a little cove, and has two balconies. We loved having a kitchen, and were also surprised to have a washer and dryer in the unit, with detergent supplied. This was crucial for our muddy clothes after hiking. The building was very quiet, and we barely heard or saw anyone else there. We made sashimi on the balcony with fish from a local fish market, ran across the street for a dip in the ocean at sunset, and even got to stream our favorite reality show on the TV :). Would recommend this place to everyone I know!

We were very comfortable at Prince Kuhio 322. It is even better in person than in pictures, and extremely convenient in terms of location. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, it was spotlessly clean, and the views are gorgeous. Laundry in the apartment was a bonus. Highly recommended!

We booked a last-minute get away for our wedding anniversary. Although Prince Kuhio is an older condo complex, we found this unit had everything we wanted. The gardens are wonderful. The pool is sparkling clean. Unit 322 is very well situated to catch great trade winds, so we found the lack of air conditioning was not a problem even on very warm days. This owner has thoughtfully included coolers, beach chairs and everything you might want for a great vacation!
