В обох кімнатах і на кухні встановлено кондиціонери.
З мінусів -це пральня на 8 картир за монети( необхідно 6 монет по 25 центів для прання і 4 монети для сушки(за один цикл не висушує)) та немає теплої води в крані

The location and unit is perfect! It’s a 3 minute walk to beaches where we saw sea turtles! The air conditioning worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler were great! Would stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great - especially being on the third floor. It was spacious and comfortable for the two of us.
The only little bump came when a personal item rolled under the bed and we found it was extremely dirty with longstanding dust. I did leave a note for the cleaning crew suggesting they clean under the bed for the next guests.

We enjoyed our stay, great location, appreciated the stocked kitchen appliances and family games as well as good storage.
Our concerns were as follows, we unfortunately came upon several roaches in the house. Outdoor sand shower rinsing station was broke. Weber grill outside not in working condition.

The unit was exactly as shown. I’d rent there again because it was steps from the beach, had a beautiful view from the apartment and was very clean. My only complaint is they needed to provide more towels.

Unit was clean and fantastic. We had a few minor problems (with dishwasher and hot water) that were handled quickly and courteously.
Our flight got delayed on Christmas Day and we were stuck without a crib for our toddler for our next two (unplanned) nights in another hotel. Taylor made our day by letting us borrow a pack n play for our unexpected extended stay on the island. Thank you for everything and thank you especially to Taylor for saving the day! Mahalo!!!

Great apartment, perfect location

The apartment is perfect for a family or small group of people. It's one big kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It has air conditioning so it's always temperate, and it's just three minutes from one of the best beaches in Kauai with great boogie boarding and snorkeling. It's also really close to the towns of Poipu and Koloa with a wide range of restaurants, stores etc. But if you are planning on eating out you should book way ahead. We arrived in mid-July foolishly thinking we could make reservations when we got there only to discover the best places were fully booked, all week! Good thing the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your own meals

Perfect location for children

Steps to poipu beach park which is great for kids. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful condo but property management should do something about the 100s of spiders on the building. Everytime you walk to or from the car or beach ypu walk through 5 spiderwebs. Other than that, very happy with the condo and its upkeep. Great stay in kauai.

Poipu Beach retreat

AC, top-floor, and corner location made this unit a quiet retreat from busy Poipu beach down the block. Modern furnishings, everything one needs for a cozy south shore visit. Join the south shore crowd each evening for turtle watching at Brennecke beach then the sunset.The flip side to being own the block is minimal view of the ocean. A fair amount of home construction noise and rooster chatter, but the AC permits closing the windows (regular sliding style)to mitigate the ambient noise.

Beautifully Renovated Condo

When we first drove up to the building, we felt a bit let down but upon entering unit #6, itself, we were so pleased. The kitchen was a dream with all nice new appliances, every kind of small appliance you could need and gadgets galore. We really appreciated the sand mat, the beach bag and ice packs and water bottles--unfortunately, found the beach umbrella, too late. The place was impeccably clean and we liked the view of the garden and the peek a boo view of the ocean. Definitely appreciated the A/C. A user guide for the TV would have been helpful--my husband figured it out, but I don't think I could have on my own.

Fun in The Sun

A beautiful place in a great location. Very easy access to beach , restaurants, and attractions. The home had very everything we needed , beautifully decorated, very clean, and a very well stocked kitchen. The AC helpful at night. Would definitely choose to stay there again.
