This is units location is gold for trips both to the north shore or south shore.
It is dated but clean and the beds are very comfortable with beautiful soft linens. The view is the best on the island in our opinion (pool guys too).
The downstairs king bedrooms bathroom left lower cabinet needs covering for towels that are stored there. The towels absorb the decaying particle board smell. Only thing I can complain about!! We will be back?

Not many 3 br condos are available so we picked yours. We have used Kauai Exclusive before at Wiapuli and enjoyed our stay. This unit could use some updating. It was not what I would consider first rate. But location was excellent and the east shore of Kauai is our favorite. Hope to see you again in a couple of years. Mahalo

This place was amazing! Great view!! We all had such an amazing time. Unit was spacious and very clean! We spent a lot of time here, very warm and welcoming and centrally located. Very nice location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The view cannot be beat, with constant surfing visible from the lanai. Extremely comfortable and well furnished condo, lovely beds worth individual ac units in each bedroom. Would stay again and highly recommend!

A total of 6 people stayed in the condo. We went to Kauai for a friend’s wedding and this place was just perfect for us. I would totally recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time and the unit was just fantastic. Awesome views, clean living areas, and unit is within walking distance of a shopping center and several restaurants which was very important considering the "Kauai Crawl" (traffic). Highly recommend this unit/location. Only issues we had were a broken toilet seat and could have used a little more soap in the bathrooms. Thank-you!

This property was amazing!!! Beautiful view of the ocean in Kapaa, Kauai. The complex has excellent facilities including a pool and bbq. We had a wonderful 6 night stay here and can highly recommend this accomodation for your stay on Kauai. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds. This property was excellent accomodation for 6 adults during our stay. We had a minor issue with upstairs shower (discovered a broken tap shortly after arrival) the team at executive suites sent out a work team the following day to repair it. The property managers were excellent and very helpful when suggesting things to do and resolving any issues. A superb location to stay for your next Kauai vacation.
