My family was lucky enough to find this condo for us to stay in for almost 10 months! After living on Kauai for that long, we have seen a lot of the island and we feel that this condo is in the PERFECT location. We have enjoyed the sunny south side and being so close to the best beaches. This unit is within walking distance to several beaches that are great for swimming, snorkeling, body boarding, or surfing. You can also walk to a couple different restaurants as well as a shop that has body board and snorkel rentals. The condo itself is very spacious and clean. Our family of four hasn\'t felt cramped at all. It\'s a very comfortable place to come back to after spending the day at the beach or exploring what this beautiful island has to offer. There are three different pools to choose from if somehow you get tired of the beach. The grounds keepers do an amazing job of keeping the pools clean and the property grounds immaculate. We often feel like the complex is a botanical garden with the Greenbelt right outside the door. You\'ll also have plenty of opportunities to see amazing wildlife on your walks from the condo. On our morning/evening walks we have commonly seen whales (Jan-May), turtles, seals, dolphins, and all kinds of incredible flora and fauna. Even though this unit is close to the road, there isn\'t much noise from it. The complex is very quiet at night and we love waking up to the birds chirping and toads croaking. Air conditioning was recently installed and works well. Internet has been upgraded and works better than most places on the island. We can say without a doubt that the owners of this condo are committed to making sure your stay here is relaxing and they\'ll make you want to come back over and over.
