At Kauai Exclusive, the health, safety, and enjoyment of our guests are our top priority. During these uncertain times with the evolving COVID-19 crisis we are carefully following the protocols and suggestions from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. We are proactively taking all necessary actions to clean and protect our vacation rentals and our guests’ health.
Our dedicated housekeeping partner, Hawaii Care and Cleaning, has amplified its already precise and industry-leading practices to clean and sanitize each of our vacation rentals. These professional housekeeping and sanitation services ensure that every rental is Safe Zone Certified and guest-ready.
Additionally, our management team is performing additional inspections on each vacation rental. We are taking this unprecedented time to perform any necessary maintenance or improvements so that we always provide a guest experience that is a 10 out of 10!
Updates to our cancellation and refund policy
Kauai Exclusive is also making a temporary change to our cancellation and refund policy. If you have a reservation with an arrival date up to May 31, 2020, you can choose one of the following options:
- Receive a refund of 75% of your rent, plus a refund of all applicable taxes and fees, including your cleaning fee.
- Receive a full credit toward a future stay in the same vacation rental or a comparable vacation rental (you can choose your new dates later).
If you have a reservation with an arrival date between June 1 and August 1, 2020, you may move your dates to a later date, or you may receive a refund if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival. Your refund will be the full amount of your reservation, less a $50 service fee that can be used as a credit toward a future stay with Kauai Exclusive.
